About the Walmart Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes

Walmart Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes 2026 gives eligible residents of the United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico the opportunity to win Walmart gift cards by completing an eligible customer survey or using the official no-purchase mail-in entry method.

The promotion offers 755 prizes with a combined approximate retail value of $80,000. Five grand prize winners will each receive a $1,000 Walmart gift card, while 750 first prize winners will each receive a $100 Walmart gift card.

What Prizes Are Available?

The sweepstakes includes two prize levels:

• Five Grand Prizes: One $1,000 Walmart gift card for each confirmed grand prize winner.
• 750 First Prizes: One $100 Walmart gift card for each confirmed first prize winner.

There is a limit of one prize per person and household. Gift cards are subject to Walmart’s applicable gift card terms and cannot normally be transferred, replaced with cash or exchanged by the winner.

Who Can Enter?

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who meet the applicable age requirement.

Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where they live. The age requirement is 19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, and 18 in the remaining eligible locations.

Three Ways to Enter

There are three official entry methods. Customers who receive a survey invitation on an eligible Walmart receipt can visit the survey website, enter the receipt code and complete the customer satisfaction survey.

Some customers may receive a unique survey invitation through email after making a qualifying purchase through Walmart stores, Walmart.com, Walmart Grocery or participating Walmart apps and websites.

A free mail-in entry method is also available. This method does not require a purchase, but entrants must handwrite all required contact information and send each entry separately with proper postage.

Entry Limits

Each participant may receive no more than 78 entries during the full promotion period, regardless of the entry methods used.

Automated entries, mechanically reproduced mail-in entries, submissions made by another person and attempts using multiple identities may be rejected. Survey entries must also be completed within the time period stated on the receipt or email invitation.

Sweepstakes Deadline

The promotion began on May 2, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by the administrator no later than August 5, 2026.

Winner Selection

Potential winners are scheduled to be selected through a random drawing on or around August 10, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential grand prize winners are expected to be contacted by email or telephone and must respond within five business days. They may also be required to complete eligibility, liability and publicity documents before receiving the prize.

First prize gift cards are expected to be mailed to the address associated with the entry. Entrants should therefore provide a complete and accurate mailing address.

Important Prize Conditions

Each winner is responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes. Walmart may substitute an unavailable prize with another prize of equal or greater value, but lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Receipt Survey Entry

1. Make a qualifying purchase at a participating Walmart retail location.
2. Check the receipt for a customer survey invitation and unique survey code.
3. Visit the official Walmart survey website within one week of the receipt date.
4. Enter the survey code and complete the customer satisfaction survey.
5. Complete the requested sweepstakes entry details and submit the form.

Email Survey Invitation

1. Open an eligible survey invitation received after a Walmart store, website, grocery or app purchase.
2. Follow the unique survey link contained in the invitation.
3. Complete the survey and any requested entry form.
4. Submit the entry before the applicable deadline.

No-Purchase Mail-In Entry

1. Use a postcard or card measuring between 3.5 × 5 inches and 4.25 × 6 inches.
2. Handwrite your complete name, mailing address, telephone number and date of birth.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 5, 2026. Only one entry is allowed per envelope or postcard.

No purchase is necessary. Across all available entry methods, each entrant is limited to a maximum of 78 entries during the entire sweepstakes period.
