The promotion is open to adults worldwide, subject to the laws of their country of residence. Participation is free, and no purchase or paid subscription is required. The Vroom GPS Worldwide Giveaway 2026 is open to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence, regardless of country, provided participation is permitted under applicable local laws. Entries are invalid where local legislation prohibits or restricts this type of promotion.

Employees and executives of the organizer, Vroom Dev, and its partners Relais Motards and QRful are excluded. Participation is limited to one entry per person, using the same name and email address. Multiple, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may result in disqualification.

Eligible participants must create a free QRful account through the Vroom GPS mobile application before the closing deadline. Participants who previously registered through Vroom GPS are entered automatically.

No purchase is required to participate.

The Vroom GPS Worldwide Giveaway 2026 is a free prize promotion organized by French motorcycle navigation developer Vroom Dev in partnership with Relais Motards and QRful. The campaign offers 16 prizes with a combined officially stated value of €350, including motorcycle travel reimbursement and QRful emergency-identification accessories.

Running from October 12 through November 14, 2026, the giveaway welcomes adults from countries around the world where this type of promotion is legally permitted. Entrants do not need to buy a product, subscribe to a paid service, or provide credit card information. Instead, the official entry process involves downloading the free Vroom GPS mobile application and creating a free QRful account directly through the app.

This promotion is particularly relevant to motorcycle riders and technology enthusiasts interested in navigation, emergency identification, and road travel. However, the three prize categories have different fulfillment conditions, especially the travel-related grand prize, which requires a qualifying stay in France.

What Can You Win in the Vroom GPS Giveaway?

The promotion includes 16 prizes for 16 winners. According to the official rules, the combined retail value is €350 including VAT.

Grand Prize: €100 Relais Motards Stay Reimbursement

One winner receives a reimbursement of up to €100 for a qualifying 2027 stay at a participating Relais Motards establishment in France.

This award is not a prepaid vacation, travel voucher, gift card, or free hotel reservation. The winner must personally book and pay for an eligible stay, which must take place between January 1 and December 31, 2027. After the stay, the winner can request the €100 reimbursement by submitting an invoice showing a qualifying expenditure of at least €100, along with the required bank details.

Travel to France, transportation to the establishment, and expenses above €100 remain the winner's responsibility. The reimbursement is made by bank transfer, and any international transfer fees are paid by the winner.

Five QRful Metal Packs — €30 Each

Five winners receive one QRful metal pack each, with an officially stated retail value of €30 per pack.

The organizer describes each pack as containing a metal dog tag, bracelet, and strap tag that can display an emergency QR code. The QR-based system is intended to provide access to an associated emergency information profile when scanned.

These accessories are especially relevant to riders who want to make emergency identification information accessible while traveling. Each metal pack constitutes one prize, and the organizer will award five packs in total.

Ten QRful Dog Tags — €10 Each

Ten additional winners receive one QRful emergency QR dog tag, officially valued at €10 per unit.

The organizer describes the metal tag as an accessory that can be worn around the neck or attached to riding equipment. It carries a QR code associated with an emergency information profile.

QRful is responsible for shipping the physical prizes at its own expense, regardless of the winner's country of residence, according to the official competition rules.

Who Is Eligible to Enter?

The Vroom GPS Worldwide Giveaway is open to natural persons who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence. The organizer does not impose a general country-specific residency list, so participation is internationally available wherever local law permits.

Employees and executives of Vroom Dev, Relais Motards, and QRful are excluded. The rules also prohibit entries from countries where the applicable law forbids or restricts this type of promotion.

Participation is limited to one entry per person, using the same name and email address. Multiple, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

International entrants should consider the difference between eligibility and practical prize redemption. Although the physical QRful prizes are shipped internationally, the €100 Relais Motards reimbursement requires the winner to arrange and pay for a qualifying stay in France during 2027.

How to Enter the Vroom GPS Worldwide Giveaway

The official participation process is free and takes place through the Vroom GPS mobile application.

1. Visit the official Vroom GPS giveaway page.

5. Create your free QRful account through the Vroom GPS application before November 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM Paris time.

Creating the QRful account from inside Vroom GPS is important. The official rules specify that this is how the organizer identifies valid participants for the drawing.

Already Have a QRful Account?

Users who created their QRful account from within Vroom GPS before the promotion began are automatically entered. They do not need to repeat the registration process.

The official rules allow only one entry per person. Creating additional accounts or submitting multiple entries is not a valid way to improve winning chances.

Is a Purchase Necessary?

No purchase is required. Vroom GPS and QRful account creation are free for this promotion, and the organizer does not require a paid subscription or credit card to participate.

The grand-prize winner will, however, need to pay for a qualifying 2027 stay before requesting the €100 reimbursement. This is a prize-redemption condition, not an entry fee.

How Are Winners Selected and Notified?

The organizer will select 16 winners through a random drawing on November 15, 2026, from valid eligible entries.

Prize allocation follows the drawing order. The first person drawn wins the €100 Relais Motards stay reimbursement. The next five winners receive QRful metal packs, and the following ten receive QRful dog tags.

Each participant can win only one prize. Winners receive an email at the address associated with their QRful account within seven days of the drawing.

Each selected winner must confirm acceptance within 15 days after the notification email is sent. Physical-prize winners must also provide the shipping information requested for delivery. If a winner misses the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and reassigned through another drawing.

The probability of winning depends on the number of valid entries received. The organizer has not published a fixed numerical winning probability.

Prize Delivery, Travel Costs, and Other Conditions

The physical QRful prizes are delivered by QRful at its expense to winners around the world. The organizer's terms do not promise cash alternatives for these items.

The Relais Motards reimbursement is different. The winner must book an eligible 2027 stay in France, pay for it, and then provide the required invoice and bank details directly to Relais Motards. The invoice must represent at least €100 in eligible accommodation-related expenditure under the official conditions.

Only €100 is reimbursed. Travel costs and remaining expenses are not included. International bank-transfer fees, if any, are also borne by the winner.

Prizes are generally nonexchangeable and cannot be converted into cash. The organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of equivalent value in circumstances covered by its rules.

Official Rules and Participant Safety

Review the English-language giveaway rules for an accessible explanation of the conditions. The official French rules are the legally binding version.

If selected, verify the sender and follow the official prize-confirmation process before sharing delivery or banking details. The organizer's published rules govern eligibility, prize allocation, and fulfillment.
