The promotion features a licensed version of Sony's WH-1000XM6 headphones associated with the New England Patriots football team. The official rules identify a single prize tier distributed to five individual winners.

The WH-1000XM6 name identifies Sony's premium wireless headphone family, while the sweepstakes specifically awards the licensed Patriots version. According to the official rules, prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted by the winner. Sony reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised item becomes unavailable.

Who Is Eligible to Enter?

The sweepstakes is restricted to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. Residents of U.S. territories are excluded. It is not an international or worldwide giveaway.

How Are the Five Winners Selected?

Sony states that five winners will be selected through a random drawing on or about December 1, 2026. Each selected participant will be notified using the email address provided with the entry.

Potential winners must complete and return the required declaration of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release documentation. Failure to accept the prize within three days, return required documents, meet the eligibility conditions, or receive the notification may result in forfeiture.

The sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible non-winning entries. Receiving an initial selection notification does not automatically establish final prize entitlement.

The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sony does not provide a guaranteed individual probability of winning.

Important Prize Conditions

Each winner receives only the specific headphone prize described in the official rules. The promotion does not advertise a cash alternative, game tickets, travel benefits, or an additional electronics bundle.

Sony may replace an unavailable prize with an item of equal or greater value. The official rules also include publicity-release provisions and conditions governing the collection and handling of participant information.

Participants should review all prize fulfillment obligations and any taxes that may apply to accepting a prize. The published rules do not establish an individual winner's final tax liability.

The New England Patriots appear in connection with the licensed prize and the promotion's eligibility provisions. The official entry page identifies Sony Electronics Inc. as the sponsor and specifies that NFL entities do not sponsor or administer this sweepstakes.
