The Simon Denim Days Sweepstakes 2026 gives legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old a chance to win prepaid-card prizes. One Grand Prize winner receives a $5,000 prepaid card, and six First Prize winners each receive a $500 prepaid card, for seven winners overall. Eligible entrants may participate either by creating and confirming a new Simon+ Member Account or by sending the specified email entry request, but they may not use both methods. Multiple participants may not share the same email address or Simon+ Member Account.

The total approximate retail value of the seven available prizes is $8,000.

Important Prepaid-Card Information

The official rules specifically state that the prizes are prepaid cards and not gift cards.

Use of each card is governed by its Cardholder Agreement. Certain activation, maintenance, replacement or other fees may apply depending on the final card terms.

The cards may carry expiration dates. Winners should review the accompanying agreement and use the available value before the applicable expiration date.

The message must include the entrant’s full legal name, mailing address, mobile telephone number and the exact required rules-agreement statement published in the official rules.

Consent to receive promotional newsletters and text messages is optional. Entrants do not need to include the optional marketing statement to enter.

The correctly formatted email provides the same sweepstakes entries as a new Simon+ registration: the current weekly drawing, all subsequent weekly drawings and the Grand Prize drawing.

Choose Only One Entry Method

The two methods are alternatives. Participants must not create a Simon+ account and also submit an email request to obtain additional entries.

Attempts to enter through several names, email addresses, identities, accounts, automated applications or third-party services may void every associated entry.

Do You Need to Enter Every Week?

No. A valid initial entry automatically carries forward into each subsequent weekly drawing.

For example, an entrant who qualifies during Week 2 receives an entry in the Week 2 drawing, Weeks 3 through 6 and the Grand Prize drawing. The entrant does not receive an entry in the already completed Week 1 drawing.

Entering earlier provides access to more weekly drawings, but it does not provide more than one entry in any individual drawing.

Weekly Drawing Schedule

All weekly deadlines occur at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The sponsor’s servers are the official timekeeping devices.

How Winners Are Selected

Merkle randomly selects one potential winner from the eligible entries associated with each weekly period. A separate random drawing is used for the Grand Prize.

Entries submitted through Simon+ and email receive equal weight. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Winner Notification

Potential winners are contacted through the email address used for the entry or associated with the Simon+ account.

The selected person must provide their legal name, home mailing address, date of birth and any requested identification within three days after the notification or attempted notification is sent.

Post-office boxes are not accepted as the winner’s prize-delivery address.

Grand Prize Verification

The potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver and, where permitted, a Publicity Release.

An IRS Form W-9 is also required for the Grand Prize. These documents must be received within the three-day response period.

A weekly potential winner who has previously received prizes or gifts of significant value from Simon during the same calendar year may also be required to complete the expanded documentation.

Alternate Winners

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, misses the response deadline, fails verification or has the prize returned as undeliverable, an alternate may be selected.

Up to three alternate drawings may be conducted for each prize. The prize may remain unawarded if no alternate completes verification.

Prize Delivery and Taxes

Prizes are expected to be fulfilled approximately eight to ten weeks after the sweepstakes ends.

Winners are responsible for federal, state and local taxes and any fees associated with receiving or using the prepaid card.

The prizes are non-transferable. If a listed prize becomes unavailable, the sponsor may substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
