The Quad Lock Harley-Davidson Sweepstakes 2026 gives eligible United States residents the opportunity to win a new 2026 Harley-Davidson Road Glide with an additional Quad Lock motorcycle gear package.

The combined approximate retail value of the grand prize is $28,000. The confirmed winner may instead choose a $20,000 cash award in place of the motorcycle and gear package.

How Purchase Entries Work

Eligible purchases made through the official Quad Lock online store provide one entry for every whole dollar spent before tax. Shipping charges and discounts are excluded.

Receipts from eligible purchases made at authorized retailers may also be uploaded through the official promotion form. Each receipt must show a qualifying purchase made during the sweepstakes period.

Purchases made with the intention of returning the products after receiving sweepstakes entries may result in disqualification.

Referral and Social Bonus Entries

Eligible customers may receive a unique referral address after completing a purchase. When a referred friend completes a qualifying transaction, the original participant may receive five bonus entries.

Participants may also receive five entries for the official YouTube action and five entries for the official Instagram action, subject to the individual limits stated in the rules.

Automated referrals, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent purchases and temporary email accounts are prohibited.

Entry Limits

The Quad Lock Harley-Davidson Sweepstakes has a combined maximum of 500 entries per person, email address and household.

The limit applies across purchases, receipt uploads, referrals, social bonus actions, free online participation and mail-in entries.

Using multiple identities or accounts to exceed the limit may result in all related entries being rejected.

Sweepstakes Deadline

The promotion closes on August 17, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 17 and received by August 22, 2026. Participants using the postal method should mail their entries early enough to arrive before the received-by deadline.

Winner Selection

One potential grand prize winner is expected to be selected through a random drawing conducted on or around August 24, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The potential winner may be contacted by telephone, email or postal mail using the information provided with the selected entry.

Winner Verification

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release and tax documentation within seven days of the notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the initial notification or does not provide the requested documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Motorcycle Delivery Conditions

The motorcycle is expected to be supplied new through an authorized Harley-Davidson dealership selected by the sponsor.

The sponsor intends to coordinate delivery through a dealership reasonably close to the winner’s residence, but the final dealership is selected by the sponsor.

The winner must accept delivery within 120 days after confirmation and notification. Failure to accept the vehicle on time may result in forfeiture.

Costs Paid by the Winner

The winner is responsible for title, registration, licensing, insurance, taxes and other expenses connected with accepting and using the motorcycle.

The winner may also be responsible for travel or transportation required to collect the vehicle.

Optional equipment, upgraded finishes, customizations and dealer-installed accessories are not included unless specifically provided by the sponsor.

Driver’s License and Insurance Requirements

The winner must present a valid United States driver’s license issued by their state of residence before accepting the motorcycle.

Proof of insurance may also be required before the dealership releases the vehicle.

The winner is responsible for checking any local emissions testing, inspection, registration and motorcycle licensing requirements.

Taxes and Prize Reporting

The prize is taxable income. The confirmed winner may be required to provide a Social Security number and complete an IRS Form W-9.

An IRS Form 1099 may be issued for the value of the accepted prize. Federal, state and local taxes remain the winner’s responsibility.
