About the Circle K Scratch and Win Sweepstakes

The Circle K Scratch and Win Sweepstakes gives eligible United States residents daily opportunities to win instant rewards, Circle K gift cards and major cash prizes worth up to $25,000.

The promotion runs from July 1 through September 1, 2026. Participants can play through the official Circle K mobile app or use the free alternative online entry method described in the official rules.

Two hundred potential winners are scheduled to receive a Circle K gift card valued at $250. The total value of the available gift cards is $50,000.

Instant-Win Prizes

The promotion also includes hundreds of thousands of instant-win rewards. Examples listed in the official rules include free beverages, buy-one-get-one promotional offers, energy drinks and a limited number of promotional hats.

The official rules state that the odds of receiving an instant-win prize are one in twenty or better. Available quantities decrease as prizes are awarded and claimed.

Who Can Enter?

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except for Rhode Island residents.

Participants must be at least 18 years old when entering. Proof of residence and age may be requested during the winner verification process.

Membership in Circle K Inner Circle is required at the time of a drawing to receive the weekly cash prizes, major cash prizes and Circle K gift cards. The program is free, although it may not be available in every state.

How to Enter the Circle K Scratch and Win Sweepstakes

After accessing the game through the Circle K app, an eligible participant can play the digital scratch card once per day using one mobile telephone number.

Each standard gameplay provides a chance to receive an instant reward and ten entries into promotional drawings. Participants should use only one identity, telephone number and email address.

Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple accounts, automated software or false registration information may result in disqualification.

Free Alternative Entry Method

Claiming an Instant-Win Prize

Instant-win rewards generally appear inside the participant’s mobile wallet and must be redeemed at an eligible participating Circle K location.

Most instant prizes must be redeemed within five days unless a different period is displayed with the prize. Rewards that are not redeemed before the deadline may be forfeited.

A screenshot or apparent winning message does not by itself guarantee a prize. Every potential winning gameplay remains subject to validation by the sponsor or administrator.

Winner Notification

Potential cash and gift card winners may be contacted using the telephone number or other contact information supplied with the entry.

A potential winner may need to respond within the period stated in the notification and provide documents confirming identity, age, residence and eligibility.

Failure to respond, provide the required information or comply with the official rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Taxes and Prize Conditions

Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state and local taxes. Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to provide a Social Security number and receive an applicable United States tax form.

Cash and gift card prizes cannot normally be transferred or substituted by the winner. The sponsor may replace an unavailable prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
