Excluded Purchases

Call Toppings and Overseas Data Toppings are not eligible. Purchases completed through Japan SIM or ConnectIN povo are also excluded.

Receive the Unique Email Link

After the eligible purchase, povo is expected to send an email around the 15th day of the following month. The email contains the unique URL required to register for Coincheck under the campaign.

Participants should verify that emails from povo are enabled in the notification settings of the povo2.0 application. A customer who blocks these emails may not receive the required registration link.

The email address registered with povo must be used for the Coincheck account. Changing the povo email address before the reward is credited may make the participant ineligible.

Coincheck Account Registration

Open the unique URL from the povo email and register for a new Coincheck personal account before August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. JST.

Coincheck’s account-opening process requires personal information such as the applicant’s name, date of birth, occupation and residential address. A telephone number and SMS verification may also be required.

The applicant must submit an accepted identity document and complete the identity-verification procedure. Coincheck may request a new submission if an image is unclear, the details do not match or additional review is needed.

The account is not considered fully opened solely because the initial form was submitted. The participant must complete Coincheck’s review and the required tax-residency declaration.

Participation Limit and Restrictions
