How Will Winners Be Selected?

The potential winners are expected to receive email notifications on or about October 20, 2026.

A potential winner must follow the instructions included in the notification and respond within five days.

Nintendo may require potential winners to complete documentation including an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, acceptance of the Official Rules, a liability release, photo or video consent, a publicity release, tax forms or other documentation required by the sponsor.

If a potential winner does not respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, fails to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise does not successfully complete the verification process, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

Important Prize Restrictions

Prizes cannot be transferred to another person. Nintendo also states that prize substitutions or exchanges, including exchanges for cash, are not permitted, although the sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value where necessary.
