Entry Limits

Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner must electronically sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Waiver, applicable Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9. The administrator must receive the requested documents within five days of the date the email notification or attempted notification is sent.
